We are looking for an enthusiastic MDT Coordinator to join us to support the Asthma team within the Respiratory Department.
Main duties of the job
As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients to stay healthy, when they need it most.
Job responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Asthma MDT and also the Asthma clinical teams on a daily basis, including secretarial duties for Dr Masoli. Team leading duties will also be required within the Respiratory Admin team, providing an excellent opportunity to develop and gain experience in line management.
You must have the ability to communicate with people calmly, sensitively, and effectively both on the telephone and in person. A flexible and calm approach to staff and patients will be necessary, alongside the ability to support staff through change. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with patients. You will need to have the ability to use your own initiative, prioritizing your workload to meet the changing needs of the department. You will be flexible, excellent at problem-solving, and adaptable with excellent IT skills.
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week), 8-4 or 9-5
