The Purpose of the Role
To foster strong, successful and established client relationships, proactively building connections with key client stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted adviser and partner. Continuously focused on attaining client success, working with the Client Partner you will develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, their challenges, customer goals and KPIs, and be instrumental in recognising and surfacing growth opportunities for Salocin and the wider Salocin Group Agency business to support clients in connecting, engaging, and activating audiences.
To lead and manage the client, focusing on what matters most for success, developing and leading impactful strategies, optimising results and driving value. To work closely with the client, Client Partner, internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and wider team to make sure everyone is aligned to provide an efficient and successful end-to-end process.
How will you spend your time?
* Own, lead and manage day-to-day client strategies with a focus on impact
* Be proactive in spotting and surfacing opportunities for growth (incremental spend)
* Support the Client Partner in the formulation of key account plans to drive the strategic direction of the account
* Develop and nurture key client relationships so we are a trusted and valued business partner
* Develop a good understanding of the client’s data and the technical solutions we manage and deploy, and the value it drives
* Work with the client stakeholders, Salocin Strategist, Delivery Lead and Strategic Consultant roles, to develop a roadmap to achieve the client’s business goals; data, technology and Customer Dialogue strategies
* Review and understand client account and project profitability
It’s important that you are experienced in
* Demonstrable client management experience with excellent interpersonal skills
* Demonstrable experience of leading and managing CRM strategies/marketing programmes (or similar) activities and have experience with implementing complex technical solutions.
* Ability to challenge eloquently to support client and Salocin’s objectives
* Resourceful, tenacious and capable of being calm and decisive under pressure
* Ability to work on your own and in a team, with excellent organisational skills
* Excellent presentation skills
* Understanding of how technology and tools can support and enhance client activity
* An understanding of “agency Agile” and associated tools & techniques
* Confident with financials with a commercial outlook
* Expert administration and reporting skills
* Active interest in learning about the markets our clients operate in
The Recruitment Process
