Role Overview: The Client Consultants purpose is to grow revenue from existing business through excellent account management as well as generate new private contract business through proposals, networking and targeted outreach. The Client Consultant builds profitable relationships with existing clients and plays a key role in the development of new products and services as the key contact for clients. Responsibilities: Support the Head of Client Services with the planning and execution of the new business strategy to grow neurobox’s private contract revenue. Generate demand from existing accounts by building strong relationships and effectively managing the accounts to understand their needs and requirements and upsell services where appropriate. Follow up with current and prospective clients on proposals and orders to increase the conversion rate for contracts and ensure neurobox meets its sales targets. Update the company CRM system, through the set-up of efficient automations and workflows that streamline the sales process ensuring leads are followed up and accurate reports can be generated to inform business decisions. Attend industry events, representing the neurobox brand and networking with partner, competitors and prospective clients and to generate leads. Oversee commercial accounts including mailbox responding to clients within SLA providing expertise and advise to better the client experience with neurobox. Process commercial Quotes and POs in a timely and accurate manner. Following up with clients to ensure requirements are correct. Support commercial clients with any queries relating to tech support, to ensure any issues are dealt with efficiently and complex queries are escalated to suppliers to resolve. Manage a select amount of client accounts within the commercial remit providing support and consultancy where required. Oversee the resourcing pipeline for Commercial work, reporting on capacity and availability to ensure work can be delivered in a timely manner and to a high standard by our freelance Associates. Requirements: Essential Commercially focused with proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Good problem-solving skills with an ability to approach situations creatively to ensure our services work for each customer. Strong active listening skills with a proven ability to understand customers' needs and wants. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment as well as adapting to new ones. Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal and non-verbal, with a strong customer focus. Ability to present products or services in a genuine and passionate way to ensure customers respond actively and positively to your pitch. Proven ability to work independently to develop own client portfolio and build existing accounts. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
