The ideal applicant should have an outgoing and bubbly personality, capable of giving full commitment and being prepared to work hard. Good IT skills are essential as is the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience is essential. You will be required to generate viewings, liaise with clients and prospective buyers in a professional, respectful and polite manner. Follow up viewings and generate leads to help office achieve targets. Own diary management essential with good work ethic being self-motivated and well organised. Motivating and inspiring staff All pre & post follow up for appointments, consisting of confirmation calls & feedback. Conducting viewing based on office policies & procedures. Registering applicants across our platforms. Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML. Order EPC’s / required compliance. Pro-actively ringing through database contracts with the aim of generating business. Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market. Rotating window cards & branch material. Has previous sales experience & has a natural selling ability. Works well within a fast-paced environment. Has a natural flair for dealing with people &whom is always looks to provide the best customer service. Is articulate with strong negotiation skills Experience: Estate Agency: 1 year (required) Working Days: Monday to Friday with alternative Saturdays. A day of in lieu accrued when a Saturday is worked.
