Pinnacle Group is seeking an Experienced Office Administrator. You will be joining our Facilities Management Team based in Manchester - Carrington M31 to support the Site Services Manager with our Specialist Cleaning Division Contract in a business-focused and professional manner.
This will be a Permanent Part Time role of 16 hours per week with the flexibility of working 4 or 5 days per week between Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm with an Immediate Start.

Duties/Key Responsibilities
* Provide all admin support, digital and physical filing including producing invoices, raising and processing PO's in Sage accurately, manage emails, telephone calls, and incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Prepare information for meetings, including monthly presentations.
* Print and track supervisor Observational Audit forms.
* Liaise with the Supervisor to ensure work schedules are completed and filed away.
* Assist with recruitment and ensure all employees are inducted, update Training Matrix, and track any training required.
* Using Timegate - enter employee daily hours for payroll and check reports.
Skills Required
* Excellent IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent planning and organisation skills.
* Accuracy is a must when completing spreadsheets and financial information.
