Our Client is a leading Commercial Vehicle Dealership and they are currently seeking a Warranty / Service Administrator to join their team. For your hard work as a Warranty / Service Administrator our client is offering a salary of £33,000 basic. Hours of work for this Warranty / Service Administrator role are Rotating shifts (2 weeks 07:00-17:00, 1 week 09:00-19:00) and 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:00-12:00). Responsibilities of a Warranty / Service Administrator for our Client: Process and manage service, warranty, and PFL job cards to ensure compliance and maximise profitability. Handle invoicing, including retail pro-forma invoices, purchase orders, credit notes, and reconciliation of self-billing invoices. Assess warranty and PFL claims, resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely submission to meet manufacturer standards. Monitor workshop WIP levels, keeping them below 250 hours, and address issues in technicians’ write-ups or parts details. Liaise with Service and Workshop Managers, and coordinate with the Parts Department for label requests and non-warranty repairs. Review and submit claims, manage rejections, and verify weekly warranty submissions for compliance.
