We are looking for an Operations Support Administrator to be based full time on site in Hull, reporting to the Distribution & Compliance Team Lead who assists the Operations Support Manager.
LOCATION: Hull
WORKING SCHEDULE: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 16h00, including lunch break; certain flexibility is possible.
EXPERIENCE with admin tasks; work prioritisation; positive and constructive communication.
CONTRACT: permanent
SALARY: competitive salary + benefits + annual bonus
As the Operations Support Administrator, you will provide administrative support to all areas of the UKI Operations Business. You will be responsible for access onto the site and be a point of contact for external visitors and contractors. The administrative tasks are varied and include purchasing for plant and distribution, Distribution paperwork queries and reconciliation of trips, expense processing, and administration of our driver feedback internal reporting tool (DORA).
Focusing on safety, speed and simplicity in a range of administrative duties to ensure we meet our safety, compliance and regulatory objectives.
As the Operations Support Administrator, you will:
* Communicate across a multitude of people, teams and regions.
* Be responsible for general administrative duties on site, managing access to site and being the point of contact for visitors and contractors on site ensuring safety & security as a priority.
* Work in a fast-paced team, tackling high volumes of administration.
* Use Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and also SAP.
* Administer the company's internal driver safety reporting tool (DORA) – processing safety issues, relaying information to customers, interacting with various stakeholders and following through to fruition (full training will be provided).
* Work with and provide support for the Operations Support team in admin tasks as required.
* Provide support for processing of driver expenses.
* Assist with Distribution paperwork on site – sorting, filing, looking up queries.
As the Operations, Plant and Distribution Support Administrator, you already are or have:
* Previous experience with administration or customer service in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
* Confident in use of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook; SAP experience desirable.
* A can-do attitude and are keen to leave customers with a positive experience.
* Great listening and communication skills, including a friendly telephone manner and you care about customers wanting to solve problems efficiently.
* Enjoy working as part of a team.
* Good organisation skills - good time management and the ability to plan and prioritise tasks.
* Focused with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work productively whilst being remotely managed from another depot.
