Electrical Contracts Manager Location: Kent (Office-based with site visits) Salary: Competitive £5,000 car allowance benefits Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee and manage multiple electrical contracts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming works, valuing variations, and ensuring the successful delivery of electrical projects. This is an office-based role with regular site visits. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of electrical contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Oversee up to three projects simultaneously, each ranging between £1m - £10m in value. Develop and manage project programmes, ensuring smooth delivery of works. Assess, value, and process variations, ensuring commercial control. Work closely with site teams to maintain quality and compliance with industry standards. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met. Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress and resolve any issues. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in electrical contract management within the construction or M&E sector. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, handling values between £1m - £10m. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation processes, and industry regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Preferably located in Kent. Benefits: 5 weeks holiday per year, plus bank holidays. Pension scheme.
