Job Description
1. £ per hour, depending on experience
2. Full time permanent position 40 hours per week worked over 5 days mainly evening shifts and weekends

4. Greet guests, take orders and serve food and drinks
5. Answer all queries about the menu including drinks and make suggestions
6. Take ownership of guest’s requirements and food allergies
7. Set up the dining areas and process charges and payments
8. Effectively communicate with managers and all colleagues
9. Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures
Qualifications
10. Experienced bartender
11. Knowledge of traditional cocktails and spirits
12. Experience with handling guest queries and complaints
13. Natural passion and flair for the industry and food
14. A calm mature approach
15. Ambition to succeed at the highest levels
16. Dedicated team player with strong communication skills
17. Ability to work unsupervised using own initiative when needed
18. Willing to learn new things
