About the role:
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is looking for a dedicated and experienced Band 3 Pharmacy Assistant to join our dispensary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of £13 – £15. Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.
2. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
3. Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
4. Support the pharmacy team in daily operations and inventory management.
Qualifications and Experience:
5. Essential:
6. NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Service is required.Previous NHS hospital experience is essential.
7. Desirable:
8. Strong communication and organizational skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
