We are seeking an experienced Credit Control Manager to join my client, a corporate business based in Birmingham, and take charge of managing and improving credit control processes, ensuring the financial health and success of our organisation.
Some of the Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the credit control team, providing guidance, support, and training.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimise debt recovery and minimise outstanding payments.
* Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including aged debt and cash flow forecasting.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving queries and ensuring smooth payment processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align credit control practices with overall business objectives.
