A vacancy has arisen within the Operational Support Team for Case Management, Children in Care and Care Leavers admin Team.
You will be expected to undertake a full range of clerical duties including word processing, use of spreadsheets, maintenance of database systems, general clerical work, finance related work, reception of visitors, telephone switchboard duties, minute taking and other duties relevant to the service area.
You must have previous experience of basic routine tasks using numeracy, accuracy and literacy skills. Experience of imprest accounts, invoicing and budget monitoring would be advantageous.
You should possess good communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and work as part of a team.
