Are you a skilled Painter & Decorator looking for a short-term opportunity? We are hiring for a temporary position to work on a project at university halls accommodation near Deptford, London.
Responsibilities:
* Painting and decorating university halls to a high standard
* Preparing surfaces, including sanding and priming
* Applying paint, wallpaper, and other finishes as required
* Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a professional standard
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Basic plumbing
* Compliance testing (fire alarms, water temperatures etc)
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* MUST have a valid DBS check
* Available to start work immediately
* Competitive hourly pay of £13.00 - £15.00
