Salary: £26,997 to £30,656 per annum, (package includes membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays)

You will play an integral role within the People Team providing HR advice and a case management service for College managers within a People Business Partner model arrangement. Working with your designated Senior People Administrator, you will take responsibility for the full range of People administrative and operational tasks within your designated People Business Partner area.
This is an interesting and varied role, with the opportunity to partake in departmental projects linked to our People Strategy and Operational Improvement Plan.

You will have GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above or equivalent) in addition to Level 3 CIPD. Experience of working in a busy HR department, with exposure to a wide range of general HR situations and tasks is essential. Accuracy and attention to detail is key, alongside your ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
