Applications from SAS doctors and dentists at OUH are invited for of SAS Advocate at OUH. The role attracts SPA.
The Advocate will ideally be based in Banbury however applicants from all hospital sites are encouraged. In conjunction with the SAS Advocate already in post the successful applicant will provide SAS advocacy for all SAS grades, across all sites, within the Trust.
Main duties of the job
Key responsibilities are to:
1. enable SAS doctors/dentists to share their experiences
2. improve the visibility of SAS doctors/dentists across the organisation
3. develop local strategies to improve the wellbeing of SAS doctors/dentists
4. and improve working lives.
