About the Role:
Manage and develop the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure AS9100 compliance, overseeing and managing the audit calendar including external audits. Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) process ensuring timely resolution of non-conformances and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, waste, and risk.
EHS Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs and policies, conducting regular EHS audits and inspections, investigating incidents, and applying corrective actions. Promote a safe and healthy workplace through training and awareness programs and collaborate to build a Zero Harm culture.
About You:
You will need quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment, proven experience developing and introducing EHS programs and policies, knowledge of AS9100 requirements, and practical knowledge of APQP PPAP and FMEA. Auditing experience and certification are also required, as well as experience of non-conformance investigation techniques.
