Building independence through daily routines ? Providing personal care and hands-on support where needed ? Creating structure and calm through Positive Behaviour Support ? What Does the Role Involve? As a Support Worker, you will: ?? Support people with a range of needsfrom light touch to more complex care ?? Deliver hands-on personal care where required, with dignity and respect ?? Build strong relationships based on trust, understanding, and compassion ?? Work closely with your team, Team Leaders, and wider professionals (GPs, social workers, families) ?? Be part of a stable, experienced, and supportive team What We Offer: ??
