Role Overview
Key accountabilities for a Senior Training Compliance Advisor include:
* Identifying training needs for crew members before joining or returning on board.
* Proactively contacting crew members to discuss and arrange training.
* Compliance reporting to ensure planned activities are delivered as required.
* Managing annual CSMART visits for officers.
* Ensuring fleet colleagues are suitably qualified and experienced according to Fleet Training Matrices and Maritime Flag State requirements.
This role is classified as CUK12 and is available on a full-time, fixed-term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
