You will be collaborating with a diverse range of clients to provide tailored payroll solutions, ensuring partners have the resources and support needed to seamlessly succeed with UK and overseas projects. There is a strong focus on making a positive impact and getting it right the first time therefore strong and open communication skills is key. Responsibilities Identify partnership opportunities and driving revenue growth Develop new relationships in an effort to further expand internationally Maintain existing business and enhance solutions Think critically when planning to assure project success Key requirements Have an understanding of tax regulations, payroll processing or compliance Providing clients and customers accurate information 2 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in payroll and recruitment background would advantageous. Able to commute onsite for client meetings around the south as well as London Must have vehicle and able to drive This is a hybrid role, you will be able to work from home The salary is in the range of £34K to £38K plus commission.
