Job Description
Our Client are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals eager to join their children's residential care team. Whether you're an experienced professional or someone with transferable skills and a heart for helping young people, we want to hear from you. We have full-time opportunities for Support Workers and Senior Support Workers in three beautiful homes, rated Good and Outstanding, nestled in the picturesque Peak District.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the safety and well-being of young people, addressing their holistic needs.
* Maintaining appropriate boundaries and exercising control in a supportive manner.
* Collaborating with families, carers, and other professionals to advocate for and safeguard our residents.
* Flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Upholding a culture of respect, inclusivity, and confidentiality.
Essential Requirements:
* Some previous experience in children's residential care or similar settings is preferred.
* Senior roles require a Level 3/4 qualification in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* Full-time availability (40 hours/week), including sleep-ins and occasional residential trips.
* A valid manual driving license.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting equal opportunities.
