Previous experience in supervisory role in a customer-oriented department Ability to develop and monitor budgets Previous experience in a target driven role An understanding of marketing processes and development of pricing strategies Up to date knowledge of vehicle and consumer legislation, trade practices and FCA regulations and duties A customer focused approach Excellent communication skills – with ability to negotiate and influence Experience working in a large Service / Aftersales department for an automotive retail dealership (essential).
