Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Contract Manager for our client, a leading facilities management company, to oversee multiple contracts across various sites.
Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager to take ownership of multiple contracts, ensuring high standards of service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading both static and mobile engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs, health & safety regulations, and financial performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the management and delivery of multiple FM contracts, ensuring contractual obligations and SLAs are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all contract-related matters.
Lead and support engineering and operations teams, both static and mobile, to ensure effective service delivery.
Monitor and manage financial performance, including budget control, cost efficiency, and P&L responsibility.
Ensure all health & safety standards and compliance requirements are met across all sites.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reporting on contract performance, KPIs, and financials to senior management.
Manage and resolve any issues, disputes, or operational challenges effectively.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in contract management within the facilities management sector.
Strong knowledge of engineering and operational service delivery, ideally within hard services FM.
Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong financial acumen with experience in managing P&L and budgets.
Thorough understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance within an FM environment.
Ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple sites.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to contract and service management.
Full UK driving licence is required.
