Europcar is looking for a Fleet Planning Administrator
This position adopts a hybrid work model, requiring your presence Monday to Friday for 36.25 hours per week. During the training period, you will be based in our Leicester office for the entire week. However, once the training is successfully completed, the role will transition to a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for a flexible combination of office in Leicester and remote work.
To support the Planning and Procurement teams in inputting and updating fleet information into our internal system. Ensuring accuracy and integrity of the information in the system. Supporting the procurement team in administrative maintenance of procurement file.

Main duties:
* Liaising with OEMs and the Fleet Procurement team to ensure all Fleet is aligned to what has been agreed
* Analysing supplier contracts so that all Planning documentation can be updated with the relevant agreements in place
* Analysing the Fleet database and reporting any anomalies found to the Fleet Planning/Controlling team.
* Perform reconciliations provided by Procurement so that all the correct invoicing can be carried out - performing any corrections in our internal systems
* Create Group/IT tickets when certain tasks amendments cannot be carried out at local level
* Ensuring all excel files/google sheets are kept up to date to maintain reporting accuracy
* Ensure accuracy of Service and MOT information to maximise fleet availability
* Perform Fleet reconciliation weekly to ensure accuracy of all Fleet Database information
* Performing updates on our internal system on a daily basis so that it is aligned with the Rotation
* Plan and reporting any discrepancies found to the Fleet management team
* Performing administrative maintenance of files for the Fleet Procurement team obtaining CAPIDs, list prices and supporting information for OEM offer
* Performing any adhoc admin as requested
Key skills and attributes required:
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Attention to detail
* MS Office skills, especially Excel
* Google Mail, Google Drive, Google Sheets and Business Objects will be a plus
