Centre Administrator
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent, (37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 4:30 pm)
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: National Minimum Wage, per annum, (depending on experience & qualifications)

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Centre Administrator based in our Wolverhampton centre.
Nova Training is one of the UK’s most popular and experienced training providers operating for over 30 years in Study Programmes and Apprenticeships. Nova now operates its 14-24 provision from 13 locations located across the West Midlands and East of England.
Our programme delivery now includes; 16-18 study programmes, pre-apprenticeships, provision for learners with high needs, apprenticeships, and 14-16 alternative provision.
Rated as Good by Ofsted in all areas of provision for offering a variety of education options to young people.
As a Centre Administrator, you will provide a first-class front-line customer service for clients, learners, and staff, in a manner conducive to the professional image of the company.
You will be required to work with the centre manager to support the centre with file audits, keeping the e-compliance system updated and accurate, whilst liaising with external partners, parents, carers, and learners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet & greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, direct calls to the correct destination, take messages when appropriate.
3. Prepare learner start dates and accompanying learner start letters.
4. Ensure all new starts are inputted into the system.
5. Ensure session registers are ready on a daily basis for each tutor.
6. Ensure all audits are carried out on learners' files.
7. Preparation of induction packs for Study Programme.
8. Undertake general copying, typing, and filing duties.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 18 months experience in administration or have been in a similar role.
2. Minimum level 2 literacy, numeracy & ICT.
3. Minimum Level 3 in Business Administration or 5 years administration experience.
4. Excellent organisational skills.
Full, clean UK Driving License
