Main purpose of the role To assist with the daily operations of a busy vehicle remarketing centre. Primarily Gate based to process the safe and secure entry and exit of auction vehicles. Your key responsibilities will be: - Inbound and outbound gate control, using verbal communication with hauliers and customers, and handheld technology to process the acceptance or exit of customer assets. - Deal face to face to with customers collecting vehicles delivering quality customer service and adhering to correct checking procedures in authorising access to vehicles. - Politely refer any issues, queries, or complaints to the relevant manager To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you: - Able to follow instructions and work to tight deadlines - Willingness to help other departments out when needed - Able to work alone or as part of a team - Happy to be part of a team that sanitises all vehicles We’ve put everything in place to ensure you thrive.
