Responsibilities:
Provide a first class orientated service whilst working on the Club reception desk
Meet, greet and escort Members and guests during private dining and Club events
Monitor and ensure booking enquiries and walk ins are managed professionally and expediently
Liaise and support all front of house teams related to Member requests
Familiarization of the Clubs current exhibits of art and promotions to provide accurate information to Members
Support the team of receptionists and cloakroom attendants in front desk duties
Entry Requirements:
We are searching for highly motivated and experienced individuals, who have worked in a similar role. You will be an excellent and confident communicator with exceptional people skills.
