We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual with experience working alongside therapists or supporting individuals with stroke and neurological conditions. Strong communication skills and the ability to assist patients with activities of daily living are essential.

Main duties of the job
1. Support neuro-rehabilitation by implementing therapy programmes devised by the lead therapist.
2. Manage your own patient caseload, assessing and treating patients, and monitoring their progress.
3. Assist in patient assessments, gathering relevant information, and adapting treatment plans under therapist guidance.
4. Work closely with the multidisciplinary team, contributing to patient care planning and discharge processes.

* Full UK Driving License
Qualifications
* Relevant knowledge and experience in a related field
* GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
Experience and knowledge
* Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clinical staff, managers, patients, and carers from diverse ages and social backgrounds.
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
* Must be able to fulfill safeguarding responsibilities, ensuring the protection and welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
