Location: Hendon (London)
Working Hours: 5:00am - 5:00pm
Shift pattern: 4 days on/4 days off on a rota basis, Mon-Sun, any 4 days out of 7.
Licences Required: Counterbalance and Flexi Forklift Driving Licence and Full UK Driving Licence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Complying with the Company’s Health and Safety regulations.
2. Complying with the Company’s personal Hygiene regulations.
3. Receiving goods into the warehouse, tracing them and allocating them to the different departments on a FEFO basis.
4. Ensure bakers have raw materials available at all times.
5. Stock control.
6. Inform Warehouse Manager of any potential drawbacks.
Main Duties:
1. Daily/Weekly/Monthly stock control.
2. Warehouse FEFO rotation, regular cleaning and tidying according to Company regulations.
3. Gail's packaging, stock and orders management.
4. Stock rotation.
5. Traceability on all products that enter the Warehouse.
6. Accurate daily transfers to each Production department.
7. Temperature checking for the fridge every 3 hours.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Monitor Ingredients shortages complaints from Production.
2. Feedback from Technical Department and Day Operations Manager.
3. Accuracy on stock control/ordering.
Person Specification:
1. Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
2. Punctuality and good attention to details.
3. Management skills.
4. Knowledge of MS Office.
5. Hold C/B & Flexi truck licence.
6. Knowledge of Epicor Tropos WMS.
7. Check accuracy of delivery - "Transfer Orders and PO lines".
8. Carry out daily forklift inspections.
