Your role
The Financial Controller runs the accounting function for Tribe, working closely with the CEO. This is a part-time role for two days a week.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Book-keeping, accounting journals and the management accounts
* Invoices and payments, including supervising the cash management
* Create and update the budget and forecasts with latest projections
* Help with scenario testing and cash projections to aid and advise Board
* Produce the board packs to the stakeholder specifications
* Update the ICARA and have signed off in board meeting
* Complete VAT and other tax returns
* Work with the Compliance team to complete Regulatory returns
* Payroll and HR accounting
* Efficiently manage the external Audit process
Experience, key skills and competency requirements:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualified
* 3 years+ of post-qualification experience in industry (outside of Audit)
* FCA experience and investment management background
