Signatus are recruiting an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary for our client who has one of the largest property practices in Antrim. In this role you will be working directly alongside an established senior partner to carry out all functions of a property legal secretary within a very busy and growing solicitors practice. You will have direct partner supervision on matters but as an experienced legal secretary, you will have a lot of autonomy in progressing those file, making relevant enquiries, applying for searches and liaising with land registry etc.
This client is a multi office, extremely successful private practice, with Co Antrim being a particularly strong source of business for their property clients. As such, they offer top of the range salaries for their support staff and comprehensive benefits.
Essential
· You must have previous legal secretarial experience in conveyancing.
- You will be offered a permanent contract, and the initial expectation is to be present full time in the office to meet with clients / other staff and senior partners and to get brought fully up to speed with all ongoing matters and IT systems etc.
·Applicants with Non-conveyancing legal secretarial experience will be considered for an additional support role within this firm.
· Strong typing and organisation skills, audio dictation, file management, diarising, meeting and client management experience should come as standard as should your ability to integrate well into an established team.
