HR Shared Services Manager
Coventry based (hybrid working)
Circa £50,000 plus benefits
A HR Shared Services Manager is wanted on a permanent basis by a global client of ours. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a Shared Services function and leading a small HR/People team.
This is an amazing opportunity that includes a base salary of circa £50,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications, plus benefits.
Overview of the HR Shared Services Manager role:
* Lead the HR services team, ensuring services and processes are delivered accurately, consistently and with high quality, within SLAs, centred on the company strategy.
* Participate in design of HR Administration/Shared Services strategy, scope of delivery, service quality goals and budgets.
* Define execution plans, metrics and budgets for own area in line with overall HR Administration/Shared Services strategy.
Key skills and qualifications required for the HR Shared Services Manager role:
* Relevant CIPD qualification.
* Experience of working in a HR Shared Services function and experience of automating processes.
* Proven experience of leading a HRSS Team.
