Water Hygiene (Legionella Control) Monitoring Database Co-ordinator

As our company grows and develops, we are ever expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Database Co-ordinator to join our Environment & Safety Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Database Co-ordinator to provide support to a high quality (UKAS-accredited) water hygiene team that provides legionella risk assessments and other water hygiene services, in a customer-focused manner. It is key that you are able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, as well as having the capabilities to work independently.
The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):
1. Manage the database of water hygiene monitoring tasks and update it in line with new legionella risk assessments.
2. Liaise with the Operations Managers to assist with the scheduling and allocation of work tasks, and with site staff to understand and record what work has been undertaken against that planned.
3. Issue test reports and certificates to our clients.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
1. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
2. Experience in administration work environments.
3. Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
4. Ability to work well under pressure with a focus on deadlines.
