We are delighted to be recruiting for a new Housing Partnership Planner to join us for a fixed term contract until October 2025. That's where you come in. You'll be tasked with scheduling and managing our Housing Partner's diaries as they deliver landlord services, maximising efficiency of the team and all while keeping the customer experience is kept at the forefront throughout. A key part of your role will be keeping in regular contact with the Housing Partners and our customers so excellent communication skills over the phone and via email as well as the ability to organise and prioritise competing priorities will both be essential to ensure we continue to deliver first class services to our customers.
