If so, we want to hear from you Our Bournemouth-based recruitment firm is looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will inherit a warm desk with a portfolio of established clients, providing you with an excellent foundation to hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities • Manage a 360 recruitment desk, handling the entire recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement. • Develop new business by identifying and engaging prospective clients, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. • Strengthen relationships with existing clients to grow accounts and secure repeat business. • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them to client requirements. • Provide a consultative service to both clients and candidates, offering expert advice on hiring strategies, market trends, and career opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams to eventually build and manage a delivery team, ensuring outstanding service delivery across all accounts. • Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.
