An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Medicine Division at North West Anglia Foundation Trust. This dual-site role is based at Peterborough City Hospital and Hinchingbrooke Hospital, with occasional travel to Stamford, Doddington, and Ely sites. The position is available as either a Service Manager (Band 8A) or an Assistant Service Manager (Band 7), with the banding determined based on the candidate's experience.
You will form part of the management team within the Clinical Business Unit (CBU), deputising for the Divisional Operations Manager, as required. You will support the Divisional Operations Manager with the day-to-day running of your respective CBU, with specific areas of responsibility and key projects that you will lead on (including but not limited to operational, financial and performance). You will play a key role in supporting your CBU succeed and achieve.

Education/Knowledge and Qualifications
* Relevant post graduate courses or equivalent.
* Evidence of continued learning/personal development.
* Experience of putting together a business case and contributing to its implementation.

* Knowledge and awareness of issues affecting NHS Acute Hospitals.
* Evidence of continuing education and development.
