Job title: Senior Project Professional – Delivery

Salary: £40,748+ per annum dependent on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Leadership of full major construction and engineering projects lifecycles within a highly regulated environment, including but not limited to requirements capture, design, implementation, delivery, commissioning, and handover.
* Responsible for controlling & reporting against all commercial and financial aspects of projects from concept to completion (both internal and external supply chain activities).
* Discharging Client duties in accordance with Regulatory requirements.
* Maintain and manage a safety-focused environment and culture aligned to the high-risk aspects of the projects undertaken.
Your skills and experiences:
* Demonstrable experience of successfully leading/managing Major Projects of significant complexity and up to multi-million-pound value.
* Professional team leadership, stakeholder management, and effective communication at all levels internally and externally.
* Qualification in Engineering/Construction/Project Management, with an established Project Management skillset (e.g. development of Plans, Business Cases, Risk Management, Presentation packs, LCM material).
* Experience of Health and Safety/Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations.

The Infrastructure Major Projects Team:
The team is responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of a Major Infrastructure, Facilities, and Construction portfolio of projects ranging from small investment projects to multi-million-pound projects across the Barrow in Furness site estate. This role sits within the Nuclear site-specific area of the team, reporting to a Portfolio Project Manager. You will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your skills and knowledge, with the potential to lead into more senior positions within a global business.
