The Candidate You are a proven sales professional with a background in the engineering or manufacturing sectors. Experience in working with OEMs is essential, while mechanical engineering experience is preferred. As Sales Manager, you'll oversee a small, motivated sales team, while also remaining closely involved with strategic and operational sales activities. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing data-driven, strategic sales plans to identify new market opportunities and expand into untapped sectors. Managing existing customer relationships, tendering processes, and business development initiatives. Leading and inspiring your team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance. Overseeing the supply of products to OEMs and exploring additional opportunities in commissioning, maintenance, and spare parts supply.
