Assistant Manager - Accountancy Practice King's Lynn £37,000 - £42,000 A long-established practice is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to join its General Practice team to play a key role in manging a portfolio of clients, overseeing the preparation of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Role Responsibilities Manage and develop client relationships, including high net worth individuals, directors of small and medium sized companies and trustees, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Provide support and guidance to junior staff members. Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive services to clients. Personal Requirements ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Practice Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
