Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons in Health and Social Care, ensuring a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for students.
* Support students in achieving their academic goals, providing guidance and mentorship throughout their studies.
* Contribute to the development of the curriculum and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to help them reach their potential.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider ethos of the academy.
What We're Looking For:
* A qualified teacher with experience teaching Health and Social Care at post-16 level (A-level, BTEC, T-level).
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for health and social care education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
* A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
