Overall Function Providing a service level above and beyond what our clients would expect. Ensuring that client orders are correctly processed and increasing orders via telephone calling and giving quotations. Overall Responsibilities: • Ensure that Quotes and orders are processed in the correct way. • Provide an A1 service to each customer, going the extra mile. • Communicating with other departments to products are in stock and being shipped in a timely manner. • Ensure customers outstanding orders are actioned promptly. • Partake in product training, utilising our technical resource. • Proactively follow up new enquiries coming in. • Proactively booking up appointments for Sales Representatives. • Following up quotations. Experience Required: • At least 2 years in a similar internal sales position, ideally within the Tiling industry, or similar. • A personable attitude with the ability to build rapport with Customers and Clients. • Experience of cold calling new clients to win business. • Excellent verbal and written communication stills. • A Full UK Driving Licence with vehicle.
