HR Advisor - Employee Relations Focus I'm currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Advisor for a well-established client in Bristol Central, on a part-time (15 hours per week), temporary (approximately 8-weeks) basis, to start ASAP. You must have Employee Relations experience to support the HR Business Partners. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support in various employee relations matters including absence management, investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances. Collaborate effectively with managers and other team members to ensure smooth operation and adherence to company policies. Focus predominantly on ER case management, applying expertise to resolve issues efficiently and equitably.
