Job summary Sixways Clinic has a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and accomplished Practice Manager to join our team. Hours: 30-35 per week, to be worked over five days Main duties of the job The successful candidate will be responsible for organisational leadership, service improvement and delivery of key targets across the full range of clinical and administrative areas within the practice. We are looking for someone who will work closely with the six-strong Partnership team and drive their vision to make it a reality. You will be supported by an Assistant Practice Manager and Reception Manager, as well as an established and capable administrative team. The multi-disciplinary clinical team is made up of eight GPs, one/two GPs in training, two advanced nurse practitioners, three nurses, a healthcare assistant and allied health professionals including social prescribers, care coordinators and clinical pharmacists. About us Sixways Clinic is a key member of Cheltenham Peripheral Primary Care Network (PCN) and has an excellent working relationship with our four network practices, jointly offering innovative approaches to care and vaccinations to our 50,000 patients.We also have strong links to Gloucestershire Integrated Care System (ICS), with two of our Partners actively involved in decision making at this level as Primary Care Network Clinical Director and an ICS Clinical Lead.
