Responsibilities
* Provide tailored academic support to Key Stage 3 students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Develop and implement individualised intervention plans to address specific learning challenges
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic progress and emotional well-being
* Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure holistic support for students
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions undertaken
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a similar role
* Experience working with students with SEMH needs
* Strong understanding of the UK Key Stage 3 curriculum
* Knowledge of SEMH interventions and strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
* Strong classroom management skills
* Capability to build positive relationships with students and support their emotional well-being
