Job summary
The role requires extensive strategicand operational experience in a senior leadership role. They will be expectedto lead on the strategic planning, performance, and delivery of the operationalstrategy for the service, whilst holding joint accountability, within thetriumvirate, for all elements of Sussex MSK Health. They will also be pivotalin working to form the wider MSK Provider Alliance across Sussex. The Partnership Director will be the driving force towardsthe vision of Sussex MSK Health, acting as the key bridge between the twopartnership organisations, with direct executive links into both Here and SCFT.The Partnership Director will attend Here Board and provide senior leadershipexpertise to both partner organisations. The Partnership Director will becrucial to ensuring a one team approach and that our agreed values are threadedthrough all that we do. The Sussex MSK Health Partnership Director will be expectedto be a leading national voice in MSK health, creating national networks andrelationships to share best practice and learning. The role of the Sussex MSK Health Partnership Director is toprovide strong, visible, and professional leadership which supports andenergises teams. They will be expected to nurture happy and high performingteams who are connected to purpose. The post holder will ensure overall serviceperformance, including significant budgetary acumen and the ability to balancethe demands of a complex, high volume health service.
