Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful and growing window and door company who are looking to add to their team. They are looking to recruit an experienced Service Administrator who has experience working within the fenestration/window and door industry.
The right candidate for this position will have experience managing the diary and booking appointments for the service engineers and can demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
The roles responsibilities:
* Manage and update service logs, client records and job orders with accuracy.
* Prepare and distribute work schedules for engineers, tracking progress and job completion.
* Handle customer/client enquiries with a professional manner
* Scheduling service visits with customers
* Prepare reports, documents and correspondence using Microsoft office
* Liaise with engineer, internal teams and customer to ensure seamless service execution.
* Organise for parts to be posted, both to customers and engineers as required.
* Provide general administration duties where required
Candidate skills & experience:
* Have recent/current experience working within an administrative role in the window and door sector
* Experience in scheduling or coordinating field-based teams such as service engineers
* Be computer literate, using Microsoft Office
* Have excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
