Assistant Office Administrator
Ultimate Coaching Group is a progressive football and sports coaching organisation based near Woking. The organisation is committed to helping develop sports education and pathways for children to have access to quality sport and coaching opportunities.
We aim to expand our Education Partnership Programme to allow more schools and children to benefit from mutually beneficial relationships through sports education.
The organisation requires a Junior administrator to help improve the company's internal administration processes, to allow us to become even more efficient.
We are looking for a motivated and organised candidate to join our office team, that wishes to eventually specialise in either marketing, finance, HR and develop more advanced clerical skills.
The part time position will attract an hourly rate of £9.00 - £10.00. The role will require 10 – 12 hours per week across 3 days between 10am – 3pm.
The role is an excellent introduction for somebody wishing to progress within an office environment, following completion of a study programme. Through this position the company is able to offer a pathway to more senior administrative roles and an opportunity to obtain additional qualifications.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Point of contact for parent and new enquiries
* Help record company leads on a sales report including new school clubs, Inset days, holiday clubs and parties
* Help support administration for UFA / Football specific arm of the business operation
* Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
* Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks.
* Help coordinate new enquiries and support booking process of school courses and children’s clubs on the company’s online platform
* Support the office team with sales summaries, reports, projections and targets
* Support work experience enquiries and the onboarding process of students
* Coordinate children’s birthday party enquiries
Preferred Background/Qualifications/Qualities:
* A genuine interest in sport and a willingness to upskill and learn new skills
* Methodical and organised
* A positive attitude and desire to learn new office and business related skills
* Experience with email and telephone enquiries
* Comfortable working as part of a team
* Strong interpersonal skills and a professional & co-operative manner
* Flexibility to quickly and easily respond to changing priorities
* Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
* GCSE Maths And English
* Preferred BTEC Level 3 or A Levels
* Experience in using Outlook/Office/Excel/Word
* Enthusiastic and motivated
