Lydon Vets, Mat Cover RVN
We are looking for a dynamic head nurse, who will be passionate about supporting and encouraging their team to deliver excellent veterinary nursing care and client support. You will need at least 3 years of experience as an RVN, and be dedicated to organising the nursing rota, and the day to day running of the nursing team across 2 sites, and having an active part in nursing, along with admin duties compatible with the role. This is a varied role which will include anaesthetic monitoring, nursing consultations, reception work and assisting the Vets. Please note that this is a fixed term 12 month contract.

About us
We are a small animal clinic in the heart of Kingstanding with another friendly practice just 10 minutes away in Great Barr. We have fantastic links to the M5/M6 motorway. Our fantastic team is made up of 5 vets, 5 RVNS, 2 student nurses, and 3 receptionists. Supported by our Clinical Director and Practice Manager working between the two branches. We are equipped with excellent facilities including an in-house lab with biochemistry and haematology, digital x-rays and a decent ultrasound scanner.
