Job Role Key Duties and Responsibilities: Process invoices and credit notes. Process payments in multiple currencies. Liaise with suppliers as needed. Manage credit card submissions & costings. Process journals. Reconcile supplier statements. Provide administrative support to the rest of the finance department as needed. Participate in quarterly and annual audits. Person Specification 3 years work experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or similar role. Intermediate MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions). Strong organisational and time-management skills. Familiarity with accounting software. (Experience using Netsuite – Desirable.) Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
