3 months contract with a Local Authority Job Purpose Lead the Pre-Construction phase of projects, ensuring all activities are planned and executed efficiently. Liaise with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations Key Duties/Accountabilities Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases Manage the procurement process for all project-related items and services. Coordinate with the construction team to ensure project readiness. Implement risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Facilitate clear and effective communication between all project stakeholders. Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Essential Experience Required Proven experience in a similar role within the construction/Housing refurbishment sector is essential. Experience of the Pre-Construction phase, including design, procurement, and planning is essential. Experience of health and safety regulations in the construction industry is essential. Essential Qualification Required A degree in a relevant field such as Construction/Building Management or Civil Engineering is essential.
