Job Role: Install Assistant Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About The Role: This is a new role supporting the Fabrication and Installation department in co-ordinating the jobs for install and ensuring all paperwork is kept together and the plan works efficiently to ensure the team meet with the demand. Key Duties of the Install Assistant: ● Ideally experience in a similar role with a knowledge of the signage industry desirable ● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of programmes Main Responsibilities: ● Management of new project installations to ensure correct products, resources and personnel are all available and allocated in a timely manner to achieve OTD ● Co-ordinate with customers for installation readiness, address queries and keep both customers and installers informed ● Liaise with Customer Services to progress approvals of proofs and artwork through to production ● Ensure any RAMS documentation appropriate to each project is provided to relevant parties ● Create installer documentation & manage Vantage software The Install Assistant will have the following: ● Excellent organisational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines and be calm under pressure ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to priorities tasks ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of detail ● Strong work ethic and willingness to assist others If you feel you are the right fit for the role, apply now
